Yes, all staff are trained on positive behavioral supports, MANDT, Tools of Choice, CPR/First Aide, Medication Administration and each individual’s plan that they work with. Some services require additional training on top of the ones previously listed.

Yes. Each service will have quarterly review meetings where the families/guardians can provide input or suggestions. For residential services, they are also welcome to visit or pick up the individual for a home visit at any time.

It depends on the service that you are needing and if there is staff availability for the time/days the services are needed.
ABA does have a waitlist.

We always try our best to adapt to the individual’s needs, whether that is looking at other services to provide additional care, behavioral support or increase in hours of the service.

Yes. each service is individualized to meet the person’s needs. Staff work on goals that are established in the individual’s personal plan.

It would depend on the service. Transportation is included in residential, CN/ISD, and some employment services. We currently do not have transportation to or from Day Program.

We focus on ensuring staff are properly and thoroughly trained with each individual and offer extra support for any situation that may occur.
